Hi! My name is Jaclyn René, a Certified Life and Health Coach specializing in creating healthy habits, restoring relationships, inspiring and mentoring. I collaborate with clients to develop strategies to improve themselves and their lifestyle. I have a long-held belief that a healthy mind and a healthy body promotes the foundations of life success. Many of my efforts are about love, healthy discipline, and personal goal setting.

Being a coach while preserving a healthy lifestyle is a continuation of the life I have always lived. Being the youngest of five sisters, I am part of a very loving, active, and ambitious family. Unfortunately, my family lost its patriarch, my father, at a very young age (57) to a terminal illness. I want to instill in others the positive outlook on life my father instilled in me. This painful ending of his eight year battle was the birth of my journey as a young woman. Transitioning the pain to such a positive force in my life, and those around me, is one of the most significant realizations that brought me to what I am today.
I have a passion for embracing challenges, large and small, and decided it must be my life's work to connect with others to share my way. To make it purposeful and repeatable, I did extensive research and picked a certified international coaching federation program that is most reputable for training successful coaches. My coaching practice is teamed with all forms of mental health practitioners.
Moreover, the reason I have succeeded in this profession thus far is because it is a natural extension of who I am. I believe that one step at a time in the direction we see ourselves, can bring us to where we want to be.
